A  conversion  of an existing garage  into a  bungalow/retreat.   

In keeping with the historic neighborhood, shingled the exterior; added an entry and custom  porch. 

 Deck  Home - new exterior ; repaired the structure and replaced windows;  new  rooftop decks;  renovated the interior. 

Constructed a  connection between the main house and  the garage-   new decks and more outside space was created.

Renovation and expansion of this traditional  Island home. 

The home  was completely renovated - inside and outside.
