Founder and President - Phil started Miller Starbuck in 1980 on Martha's Vineyard. He is graduate of Georgetown University and Wentworth Institute. He is a well known experienced General Contractor who is involved in managing and directing the overall operations of the company .
Director of Finance - For the past 28 years, Ann has been responsible for finalizing and approving all job estimates , invoicing subcontractors and suppliers. Ann ensures that all the project costs are accurate, complete, and meet with the clients approval.
Project Management - Bob is a 20 year veteran of the construction industry and has been actively involved in a variety of construction and development projects throughout the region. Bob is responsible for job oversight , project management, and property management services.
Lead Carpenter - David has been with Miller Starbuck for 15 years. His 30 years in the construction trade make him a very knowledgeable and skilled project lead and craftsman and we value his experience and expertise. .
Lead Carpenter - Mark has been with Miller Starbuck for 26 years. He is highly qualified and capable in all types of interior and exterior projects. He has successfully managed and completed small and large projects for our clients.
Operations/Office Manger - Kim assists our Team and clients coordinate product selection, scheduling, preparing permit submissions and plans to local authorities, pricing client requests, and so on.
